My background is deeply rooted in traditional yoga and I studied Ashtanga yoga for over 10 years. I’ve led yoga retreats, taught at events and festivals all over the US, Mexico and Europe. Grace experienced overuse injuries that led her to yoga, which became a transformative part of her journey.
