The Creative Yoga + Movement Retreat
where yoga and movement awaken creativity
Yoga. Stillness. Creativity. Connection.
What if the creativity, clarity, and inspiration you've been searching for aren't something you need to find—but something you simply need space to access?
The Creative Body Retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and awaken your creative mind through yoga, somatic movement, meditation, breathwork, music, nature, and meaningful connection.
When we quiet the constant noise of everyday life and regulate our nervous system, we create space for something powerful to emerge: intuition, creativity, clarity, and a deeper connection to ourselves.
This retreat isn't about becoming an artist or mastering yoga poses. It's about using movement and stillness as a pathway back to yourself—because creativity isn't limited to art. It's the way we solve problems, express ourselves, dream and create a life that feels meaningful.
Each day is thoughtfully designed to help you move with intention, rest deeply, spark your imagination and reconnect with what makes you feel most alive.
You'll leave feeling grounded, inspired and renewed—with practices that you can use in daily life and support your well-being long after the retreat ends.
Come as you are. Leave more connected to yourself, your creativity, and your purpose.

Meet Your Teachers
VICTORIA CHASE
I’ve now been teaching yoga for over 15 years starting in Washington, DC to Baltimore to Los Angeles and now living in Mexico. My background is deeply rooted in traditional yoga and I studied Ashtanga yoga for over 10 years. I’ve led yoga retreats, taught at events and festivals all over the US, Mexico and Europe.
Music and creativity have always been a part of my life, starting with piano and voice lessons at a young age. I grew up singing at church and studied music in college for a couple years— singing was my ultimate dream. But after college, I began teaching yoga and any musical pursuit was forgotten. Until a few years ago when music came back into my life and I’ve been singing in a band for 3 years.
Movement, music and meditation have become my foundation for mental stability, a deeper connection to myself
and self-expression. But no matter where I am, yoga is what grounds me. It’s the practice I return to—again and again—to reset, reconnect and find balance.
While that discipline shaped me, my approach has evolved into something more intuitive—blending strength, creativity and awareness. I believe yoga, movement, meditation helps us not only to have a deeper connection to our core, but the real sweetness is the healing and stability is creates for our mental health. For me, this is the most crucial and important element.

Grace experienced overuse injuries that led her to yoga, which became a transformative part of her journey. She completed her 200-hour RYT certification with Sonic Yoga in 2014 and worked at the Jivamukti Yoga School in Union Square.
