I started practicing yoga at 21 as a supplement to running, biking and a love for outdoor activities. At first, I wasn’t convinced it could match the physical intensity I was used to, but it gave me something more: a deeper connection to my body, my breath, and my mind.

I’ve now been teaching for over 15 years, with a strong foundation in Ashtanga that I’ve studied for more than a decade, including studying with Mark Robberds in Bali. While that discipline shaped me, my approach has evolved into something more intuitive—blending strength, creativity, and awareness.

My teaching has taken me from Washington, DC to Baltimore, Los Angeles and now living in Mexico, teaching at studios, leading retreats and teaching at festivals internationally. But no matter where I am, yoga is what grounds me. It’s the practice I return to—again and again—to reset, reconnect and find balance.

For the past five years, I’ve been building my online studio, offering fitness and movement classes designed to support real life—helping people build strength, consistency, and a deeper connection to their bodies in a way that feels sustainable.

Because I believe movement in any form is essential—but yoga is what brings us back to ourselves.

I
